NINE1NINE is a nightclub due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located in Downtown Vice City, Vice-Dale County. The venue seems to be a fashionable dance spot that promotes itself with banner planes flown over Vice Beach, one of which appears behind the first trailer's title card. The second trailer shows it in person, with protagonists Jason and Lucia partying inside.

NINE1NINE is shown as a physical location in Grand Theft Auto VI’s second trailer at 1:40, 1:53 and 2:05. Jason, Lucia and a male friend are seen visiting the club and dancing there. The footage presents it as an active music-and-dance venue rather than solely as an advertised business.
E11EVEN Miami Inspiration
The club is based on E11EVEN Miami, a real nightclub in Downtown Miami. Its in-game counterpart draws on E11EVEN’s association with aircraft-towed advertising banners flown around Miami Beach; NINE1NINE uses the same form of promotion around Vice Beach.
E11EVEN Miami responded to the Grand Theft Auto VI reference with a banner flight above Miami Beach. A YouTube video released on December 19, 2023 showed the message “WHEN NINE 1 NINE = E11EVEN.” The video later passed one million views.
