North Beaches
VC · Vice City 2022 leak
North Beaches is a location in the State of Leonida due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, known only from a northbound highway sign along Interstate 97 seen in the September 2022 leaks. The name likely refers to a stretch of beaches north of Vice Beach, falling within either Vice-Dale County or Leonard County.
I-97 northbound shield
North Beaches enters the Leonida record as a northbound Interstate 97 highway sign in the September 2022 leaks. The name reads as a coastal band north of Vice Beach rather than a single named hotel or pier.
No Trailer 1/2 timestamp or official screenshot has repeated the label since the leak.
Vice-Dale or Leonard?
Working maps place the stretch in either Vice-Dale County or Leonard County, depending on how far north of Vice Beach the beaches run. Until Rockstar shows shoreline signage again, keep both county options open and avoid inventing a downtown or marina roster.
