The only identified Grand Theft Auto VI appearance is a yellow NEDS logo decal on the door of Uncle Jack’s Liquor. It was visible in the game’s first trailer. No trailer timestamp, additional screenshot, regional location, vehicle fitment, product range, price, or gameplay function has been identified for the business.

The decal establishes the company’s branding in Leonida, but does not confirm that a NEDS outlet, workshop, purchasable upgrade, or nitrous system has been shown in GTA VI.

NEDS appears to parody Nitrous Oxide Systems, commonly abbreviated NOS. The connection rests on the closely matching full business names, the corresponding shortened names, and logo designs that closely resemble one another.

Nitrous Oxide Systems is the real-world reference for NEDS’s nitrous-focused identity; the material does not identify a particular NOS product, vehicle application, or modification package reproduced in GTA VI.

Before its GTA VI trailer appearance, NEDS was introduced through Grand Theft Auto Online’s Bottom Dollar Bounties update. There, the name was used on livery designs rather than as a separately described performance shop or parts catalogue.

Those liveries were restricted to vehicles fitted with the drift tune upgrade. The available information identifies no NEDS prices, vehicle classes, manufacturers, nitrous variants, handling effects, bugs, or comparable in-game performance brands.
