Most GTA 6 locations sell themselves on coastline. Ambrosia doesn’t have any — it’s the interior of Leonida, and that’s exactly what makes it interesting. Rockstar describes a company county: a region whose identity, economy, and probably half its plotlines flow from a single sugar refinery and the lake it sits on. Where the industry thinned out, biker gangs moved into the gap.

In map terms, Ambrosia is the connective tissue of the state. Anyone driving between Vice City and the panhandle port of Port Gellhorn plausibly crosses this stretch of cane fields and freight roads. Interior regions in past Rockstar maps tend to be where the game hides its strangest encounters — the countryside between destinations is rarely just scenery.

This is analysis rather than anything Rockstar has stated — but of all six regions, Ambrosia may be the easiest to trace. South of Lake Okeechobee, real Florida runs on sugar: cane fields to the horizon, refinery smokestacks over flat farmland, and company towns like Clewiston — literally nicknamed “America’s Sweetest Town” — where one employer anchors everything. Swap Okeechobee for Lake Leonida and the parallel writes itself.

The biker-gang layer fits the same geography. Inland, blue-collar Florida — far from the beach postcards — has long had a rougher motorcycle culture attached to it, and Rockstar naming bikers in the region’s one-line description suggests they’re Ambrosia’s equivalent of a resident faction rather than set dressing.

The confirmed picture comes from Rockstar’s official region descriptions alongside the two trailers released so far (December 2023 and May 2025): Ambrosia is a company county dominated by a sugar refinery and its smokestacks, with biker gangs and blue-collar grit filling the spaces the industry left behind.

One more official data point arrived with the preorder editions in June 2026: the Ultimate Edition’s exclusive mod shop One-Eyed Willie’s is placed on Lake Leonida. That’s currently the most concrete location detail tied to this part of the map. Beyond that, we don’t traffic in leaks — if you’ve seen more specific Ambrosia claims, they’re unverified.

No protagonist calls Ambrosia home — Jason starts out in the Leonida Keys, and Lucia’s pre-story address is Leonida Penitentiary, which Rockstar hasn’t placed on the map. The region’s strongest confirmed hooks are commercial instead: One-Eyed Willie’s mod shop on Lake Leonida for Ultimate Edition buyers, and Vice City mogul Boobie Ike, whose real-estate portfolio officially stretches “across Leonida” — the kind of phrasing that tends to pay off outside the city limits.
