U.S. Route 35 is a highway due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, first indicated in the second trailer by its shield on a northbound exit sign for VCIA and Ambrosia branching off Interstate 97 in Vice City. It is likely modeled on the Florida portion of U.S. Route 27, which similarly links Miami, Miami International Airport, and Clewiston, the real-world templates for those in-game destinations.
