U.S. Route 3 is a highway due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, reachable from Interstate 404 at Exit 18 toward Stockyard and Downtown Vice City, with Catalan Boulevard seemingly carrying part of the route; the September 2022 leaks indicate the Keys Causeway extends it south into the Leonida Keys. It is likely based on the Florida stretch of U.S. Route 1, which runs from the Florida Keys to the Georgia line and follows Biscayne Boulevard, the apparent inspiration for Catalan Boulevard.
Exit 18 into Stockyard and downtown
U.S. Route 3 ties into Interstate 404 at Exit 18 toward Stockyard and Downtown Vice City. Catalan Boulevard appears to carry a surface segment of the route through the city, and September 2022 leak footage shows the Keys Causeway continuing US-3 south into the Leonida Keys.
That makes Route 3 the numbered spine from central Vice City down toward the Keys chain.
Overseas Highway echo
The Keys Causeway leg parallels Florida's Overseas Highway role for U.S. 1. Use that comparison for corridor intent; do not assume every real mile marker or bridge name transfers into Leonida.
