Unnamed GTA VI Bahia Honda-inspired rail bridge

Rail bridge LK · Leonida Keys Shown officially

A derelict rail bridge in the Leonida Keys is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, shown in the first trailer beside a functioning road bridge on the Keys Causeway. It is based on Florida's abandoned Bahia Honda Rail Bridge, built in 1912, converted for cars in 1938, and closed in 1972 when its modern replacement opened; the real structure is a familiar film location, notably from the 1989 James Bond entry.

Derelict span beside a live Keys bridge

Trailer 1 at 0:35 shows a ruined rail bridge running beside an active road bridge on the Leonida Keys causeway. The pair reads as old alignment versus replacement crossing rather than two competing highways.

Bahia Honda Rail Bridge history

The ruined span follows Florida’s Bahia Honda Rail Bridge in the lower Keys: built in 1912 for trains, converted to highway use in 1938, and closed in 1972 when the modern Bahia Honda Bridge opened next to it. The abandoned concrete arches are a familiar film location; the in-game version keeps that derelict silhouette without adding interactable track or mission scripting in any published trailer.
