Unnamed GTA VI Brickell on the River-inspired complex
Condominium complex VC · Vice City
A condominium complex inspired by Brickell on the River is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located in Tequesta, Vice City, Vice-Dale County, and visible in the first trailer among other high-rises. It pairs a tower of at least 30 stories with a lower plaza building of three or more floors, whose rooftop terrace sports glass railings, yellow parasols, and palm trees.
First Trailer View
At 0:18 of GTA VI’s first trailer, the condominium development appears in Tequesta, Vice City, within Vice-Dale County. Other residential skyscrapers stand behind it in the shot. The visible development includes a main tower above a centrally placed plaza structure. The plaza building has at least three storeys and a roof terrace edged with glass balustrades, where yellow parasols and palm trees can be seen.
Balconies and Apartment Interiors
The tower has no fewer than 30 floors, with balconies running across its residential levels. Some balconies contain plants, sun loungers, and towels hanging outside. The seven highest levels use larger balconies that project farther from the structure and have a more open layout than those below. A number of curtains and blinds are open, allowing parts of the apartments within the residential building to be visible.
Miami Design Influence
Its design appears to draw from Brickell on the River, a condominium complex in Miami’s Brickell neighbourhood in Florida. The GTA VI building is presented as an architectural counterpart to that real-world development rather than under a confirmed in-game name.
