A two-building apartment complex in Hamlet, Vice-Dale County, is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI; it shows up in the first trailer behind a hammer-wielding woman in a livestream captioned about neighborhood watch in Hamlet, which pins down its location. The complex appears to be a modified copy of a building at 611 NW 14th Avenue in Miami's Riverside neighborhood, duplicated as a mirrored pair.

The complex is visible at 0:58 in Grand Theft Auto VI’s first trailer. It stands in the background of a livestream clip featuring a woman holding a hammer. The stream is posted by the social-media account LuchaLibreFan and carries a caption referring to neighborhood watch activity in Hamlet.

That trailer footage is the material that places the apartment complex in Hamlet, within Vice-Dale County in the Vice City region. No other trailer scenes, screenshots, promotional appearances, residents, interior spaces, gameplay uses, prices, or property details have been shown.

Riverside Building Influence

Its design draws from a real apartment building in Miami’s Riverside area. For the game version, the real-world structure was adapted rather than reproduced exactly.

The complex’s second block uses the same building form in reverse, creating a mirrored counterpart beside the first. This paired arrangement is the identified alteration to the Miami reference; no earlier Grand Theft Auto appearance or comparable in-game apartment complex is established.
