Unnamed GTA VI La Perle derelict warehouse

Warehouse VC · Vice City

A derelict warehouse in La Perle, Vice City, is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, partially visible in the September 2022 leaks across from the neighborhood auto shop, its western wall carrying a mural in Haitian colors reading 'S4SLIFE'. It made its official debut in the second trailer, where Jason drives his Creado past the building during an active VCPD operation.

Trailer Mural at 0:46

At 0:46 in Grand Theft Auto VI’s second trailer, the warehouse’s west-facing mural is shown more clearly than in the leaked footage. Its imagery includes Haiti’s outline, the Haitian coat of arms, and multiple Haitian Creole inscriptions. The largest readable wording is “Ayisyen fyè,” translated as “Proud Haitian.”

The trailer establishes the building in La Perle, within Vice City. No interior, function, ownership, or gameplay use for the warehouse has been shown.

Miami Building and Mural Models

The structure directly recreates a former RC Cola factory in Miami’s Wynwood Art District. That real factory was abandoned in 1993.

Its Haitian-themed wall art also draws on work by Haitian muralist Serge Toussaint, especially a mural in Miami’s Little Haiti. The GTA VI mural combines Haitian national imagery and Creole text rather than reproducing only the factory building.

Leak-Era Mural Revision

The September 2022 leak version displayed “S4SLIFE” on the west wall. The wording referred to the Haitian San4San gang.

That phrase was absent from the mural in the second trailer’s official footage, while the Haiti-related imagery and “Ayisyen fyè” text remained visible.
