The Animal Hospital of Key Lento is a veterinary clinic due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located on Key Lento in the Leonida Keys. Its only sighting so far is a grimy sticker bearing its name and logo on the rear window of Brian Heder's Caracara 4x4 in an official screenshot. The business is a direct rendition of The Animal Hospital of Islamorada on Overseas Highway in Islamorada, Florida.

Grand Theft Auto VI has shown the Animal Hospital of Key Lento only through a soiled decal on the rear-left window of Brian Heder’s Caracara 4x4. The decal includes the clinic’s name and its logo in an official screenshot.
No building, interior, services, staff, prices, vehicles, missions, or gameplay role have been shown for the hospital. The confirmed GTA VI reference places the business in the Leonida Keys, on Key Lento.

The fictional clinic recreates The Animal Hospital of Islamorada, a real veterinary business in Islamorada, Florida. Its real-world counterpart stands on Overseas Highway.
