U.S. Route 2 is a highway due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Its shield was first spotted in the September 2022 leaks on a northbound sign in Port Gellhorn pointing toward the Bocamar Bridge and Yorktown, where the route branches off Interstate 404.

U.S. Route 2 appears in September 2022 leak footage as a northbound shield in Port Gellhorn, branching off Interstate 404 toward the Bocamar Bridge and Yorktown. Trailer 2 later shows commercial frontage along the same Route 2 corridor—including Watkins Auto Parts beside Burnout Scooters.
The route is the named surface link between Port Gellhorn's interstate grid and the bridge north toward Yorktown.

Community maps also place a Port Gellhorn train station postcard along Route 2. Until Rockstar publishes a statewide US-2 strip map, treat the confirmed segment as the Port Gellhorn–Bocamar approach rather than a coast-to-coast highway recreation.
