Unnamed GTA VI Port Gellhorn church
Church PG · Port Gellhorn
A church in Port Gellhorn is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, first seen lit up along U.S. Route 2 in the city's postcard video on the game's promotional website. It is modeled on the former Life & Praise Assembly of God church in Callaway, Florida, in its pre-2018 form, before hurricane damage led to its reconstruction as New Foundation Church.
Callaway church reference
The Port Gellhorn church takes its design from the former Life & Praise Assembly of God at 615 North Tyndall Parkway in Callaway, Florida. The Grand Theft Auto VI version reflects the Florida building as it looked before 2018, rather than the structure that later occupied the site. Hurricane Michael severely damaged the original church, after which it was rebuilt and became New Foundation Church.
Port Gellhorn postcard appearance
In Grand Theft Auto VI promotional material, the church appeared in the Port Gellhorn postcard video on Rockstar’s website. It was shown illuminated beside U.S. Route 2, placing the building within the Port Gellhorn region. The available material identifies it as a church and establishes its real-world architectural reference, but provides no name for the in-game building.
