Lake Leonida
Lake AM · Ambrosia Shown officially
Lake Leonida is a lake in the State of Leonida due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Its existence was first betrayed by a highway sign along Interstate 97 in the September 2022 leaks before it was officially showcased in a screenshot of Ambrosia. The lake is a rendition of Lake Okeechobee, Florida's largest lake.
Named on I-97, shown in Ambrosia
Lake Leonida is the large inland lake in Ambrosia County, Leonida. September 2022 leak footage first leaked the name on an Interstate 97 highway sign; an official Ambrosia screenshot later put water and shoreline on camera.
Lake Okeechobee scale cue
The body of water restages Lake Okeechobee, Florida’s largest lake—central to the sugar and wetland geography that also feeds Ambrosia’s Allied Crystal story. Shore access points and boating rules remain unverified pre-launch.
