Neptune Hotel

At 0:32 in Grand Theft Auto VI’s first trailer, the Neptune Hotel is visible along Vice Beach’s Ocean Drive-style roadway. In that shot, it stands on the left-hand side of the Boardwalk Hotel. The view shows only part of the property rather than its complete frontage.

A blue canopy below the hotel sign marks the street-level restaurant area. Tables are set outside, and lettering for the restaurant can be made out only faintly on the awning. The trailer material identifies the hotel as part of Ocean Beach in Vice Beach, within Vice-Dale County.

Footage from the September 2022 GTA VI leaks had already shown a broader view of Neptune Hotel’s front exterior than the later trailer shot. Together, the leak clip and trailer establish its façade and its restaurant frontage, but no interior, services, prices, or gameplay use have been described.

The hotel’s placement beside the Boardwalk Hotel is the only named nearby comparison. No earlier Grand Theft Auto appearance, redesign from a previous game, or additional vehicle, character, or mission connection is identified.

Neptune Hotel draws from a hotel in Miami Beach’s South Beach area that has since closed; its name and street address are not provided. The adaptation also has a separate restaurant reference: the ground-floor venue takes inspiration from Larios on the Beach.

Larios on the Beach was a Cuban restaurant operating from the ground level of the Shore Park Hotel. It permanently shut in 2020. The blue-awning restaurant and outdoor seating at Neptune Hotel reflect that restaurant influence rather than establishing that Larios itself appears in GTA VI.
