Cipher Mall

Cipher Mall is a strip mall in the Rockridge area of Vice City, Leonida, due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Early development footage in the September 2022 leaks showed it as a flipped, mirrored copy of Grand Theft Auto V's Vespucci Mall, later filled with new businesses and lightly modernized architecture, and like its predecessor it appears to be a heavily modified, scaled-down take on a real shopping center.
