The Cortez Hotel is a hotel due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, glimpsed in the second trailer along an Ocean Drive-style road while Jason Duval works out at an outdoor gym in Vice Beach. It is modeled on the Colony Hotel at 736 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach's South Beach neighborhood.

At 0:38 in Grand Theft Auto VI’s second trailer, the Cortez Hotel appears behind Jason Duval as he lifts weights at an outdoor gym in Vice Beach. Only part of the hotel’s name sign is visible.
The building is shown beside a roadway styled after Ocean Drive, placing the trailer appearance in Vice City. The material identifies it as a hotel, but does not show its interior, services, or any gameplay use.
