The Cordelia Hotel is a hotel due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located on the Ocean Drive-inspired strip of Ocean Beach in Vice Beach, Vice-Dale County, next door to the Seahorse Hotel. It debuted in the background of an extended version of the game's first official artwork, apparently featuring a ground-floor restaurant with outdoor seating, and is partially visible behind trees during the second trailer's outdoor-gym scene.
South Beach Inspiration
The Cordelia Hotel draws on a real hotel in Miami Beach’s South Beach area. That building has since become one part of a larger hotel complex. Its former adjoining property provides the real-world basis for the in-game Seahorse Hotel, linking the two Vice Beach neighbors to counterparts that are now associated within the same complex.
Name and Screen Appearance
Its name likely refers to Cordelia from William Shakespeare’s King Lear. The hotel’s confirmed GTA VI appearances are limited to promotional material and a brief trailer view: it was placed in the background of an extended version of the first official artwork, while the second trailer shows it only through trees during Jason Duval’s outdoor weight-training scene at 0:38.
