What's Cooking

Supply company VC · Vice City

What's Cooking is a restaurant supply store due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI in Crosstown, Vice City, Vice-Dale County; it first surfaced in the December 2023 leak and later featured in the first trailer as the backdrop to a street takeover at the intersection outside. Partially legible 'Food Equipment' lettering marks its trade, and the building is modeled after the Broz International supply store in Downtown Miami.

Leak and trailer setting

What’s Cooking was visible in material from the December 2023 Grand Theft Auto VI leak before appearing again in the game’s first trailer. The trailer used the building’s exterior as part of a street-takeover scene staged at the nearby junction in Crosstown, within Vice City’s Vice-Dale County.

The footage identifies the location through its streetscape rather than by showing its interior or any customer activity. Its appearance is therefore confirmed as an exterior setting in Grand Theft Auto VI promotional footage, while its role as a usable business has not been shown.

Miami supply-store model

The premises draw their design from Broz International, a restaurant-supply business in Downtown Miami, Florida. This real-world reference accounts for the commercial building’s supply-store identity rather than indicating a general food retailer.

Partly blocked lettering along the side of the GTA VI building includes the words “Food Equipment.” That visible wording supports its identification as a business serving restaurants and food-service operations, matching the function of the Miami building used as its model.
