Atlantis Hotel
Hotel VC · Vice City Shown officially
The Atlantis Hotel is a hotel due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, standing on the Ocean Drive-style strip in Ocean Beach, Vice Beach, Vice-Dale County. It debuted in the game's first piece of official artwork, apparently offering a ground-floor restaurant with outdoor seating, and is partially visible behind trees in the second trailer as Jason Duval lifts weights across the street. The building is based on a real hotel at 720 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach's South Beach neighborhood.
Artwork and trailer sightings
Rockstar’s first official Grand Theft Auto VI artwork places the Atlantis Hotel on Shore Drive in Ocean Beach, Vice Beach, inside Vice-Dale County. The facade reads as a compact Art Deco hotel with a ground-floor restaurant and outdoor seating already staged in that still.
Trailer 2 returns to the same strip at 0:38: Jason Duval lifts weights at an outdoor gym across the street while the hotel sits partly screened by trees behind him. Fields on the record list five floors and Art Deco architecture; nothing published so far opens the interior or names rates, rooms, or staff.
Beacon Hotel influence
The building is modelled on the Beacon Hotel at 720 Ocean Drive in South Beach, Miami Beach. That real address supplies the beachfront massing and outdoor dining cue rather than a licensed brand rename.
In the 3D Universe, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City carried a related beachfront hotel under the Deacon Hotel name. Atlantis is the HD-Universe counterpart on Leonida’s Ocean Drive–style strip, not a reused Deacon asset.
