Stockyard
Neighborhood VC · Vice City Vice-Dale County
Stockyard is a neighborhood of Vice City in Vice-Dale County, Leonida, due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. It first appeared via an on-screen HUD label in the September 2022 leaks as Lucia drove in from Crosstown, and the first trailer later showcased a car meet there, with the name also posted on a U.S. Route 3 highway sign. The district appears to be based on Wynwood, Miami's arts-and-warehouse quarter.
Footage and roadside references
Stockyard’s earliest known GTA VI appearance came in the September 2022 leaked footage: Lucia drove a red Creado toward the neighborhood from Crosstown while the HUD displayed its name in the lower-right corner. The first official trailer later included a car meet set in the district. A sign on U.S. Route 3 also identifies Stockyard by name, placing it among the destinations shown on the highway network.
Wynwood warehouse roots
The neighborhood draws on Wynwood in Miami, particularly the area’s arts district. Its name reflects Wynwood’s earlier identity as a working-class warehouse area, enclosed by rail lines before its redevelopment in the early 2000s. Archez and Marco Wholesale Footwear are the named locations associated with Stockyard.
