Limited Gasoline

Gasoline company, Convenience store chain ST · Statewide

Limited Gasoline, commonly shortened to LTD, is a gasoline company and convenience store chain from Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online that is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. The gag name points at dwindling oil reserves, reinforced by the slogan 'It's here 'till it runs out', while its attached shops trade as Limited Service.

Hamlet Leak Appearance

Limited Gasoline was visible at a Hamlet station in footage from the September 2022 Grand Theft Auto VI leaks. The clip showed a police pursuit involving Lucia passing through the location. This is an appearance in leaked material, rather than a trailer, screenshot, or other official promotional reveal.

No further GTA VI-specific branch features, products, regional coverage, or gameplay use are established by the available material. The Hamlet sighting only confirms that an LTD-branded filling station was present in that footage.

Earlier San Andreas Stations

Before its Leonida appearance, LTD operated five accessible stations across Los Santos and the wider state of San Andreas in Grand Theft Auto V. Its stores worked alongside competing 24/7 outlets and other convenience shops: food and drinks could restore the player character’s health, while taking goods without paying brought a one-star wanted level. Cashiers could also be robbed for a small amount of money.

The stations supplied more than snacks. They contained ATMs and Jerry Cans, and the Little Seoul branch included a car wash. In Grand Theft Auto V, that store played WorldWide FM inside. The Grapeseed branch was unusual because it had no working fuel pumps, despite having several fuel tanks around the building.

Online Goods and Tanker

Grand Theft Auto Online retained LTD as a convenience-store and fuel-station business. Some items bought there were required for quick actions, and using an action consumed the relevant inventory supply, making repeat purchases necessary. ECola could be bought from the counter in Online, but not from its vending machines.

A San Andreas Seoul mission had Lamar direct the player to take a tanker before it unloaded at LTD’s Little Seoul location, then bring it to his depot for the progress of his smuggling operation. The company’s shares were also available through the Bawsaq.com stock market in Grand Theft Auto V.

Drink-machine behavior had further oddities. Sprunk machines at LTD were marked unavailable, while ECola-branded machines dispensed Sprunk instead. As a result, counter purchases were the stated way to drink ECola in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Branding and Competitors

LTD’s design draws chiefly from Union 76 and Gulf Oil. The comparison rests on the similarly shaped orange spheres and on the layout and styling of their service stations. Its logo also resembles STP Oil’s mark, while the dark-blue, white, and red palette recalls the Canadian chain XTR Energy.

Within Grand Theft Auto V’s retail landscape, LTD stood beside 24/7 stores and other convenience outlets as a place for basic provisions, theft, and cash-register robberies. Its incorporated stores use the Limited Service name, while the fuel business itself is generally identified by the shorter LTD name.
