Key Lento Safehouse

Stilt house LK · Leonida Keys Shown officially

The Key Lento safehouse is a stilt-house property due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located in the town of Key Lento in the Leonida Keys. Owner Brian Heder lets Jason Duval live there rent-free in exchange for running jobs for him, and Lucia Caminos appears to move in with Jason after her release from prison. Both the exterior and interior feature prominently in the second trailer.

Brian Heder’s stilt house

The Key Lento safehouse is a two-storey vernacular stilthouse in Key Lento, Leonida Keys (Mariana County). Owner Brian Heder lets Jason Duval live there rent-free in exchange for jobs; Lucia Caminos appears to move in after her release from Leonida Penitentiary.

Trailer 2 leans hard on both the exterior and the lived-in interior—roof work, living spaces, and the coastal stilts that keep the house above flood risk. Ultimate Edition stills later park an Enduro and a kayak at the property for that edition’s owners.

Story-tied base, not a purchase

Coverage of Rockstar’s preview messaging stresses that Jason and Lucia do not buy safehouses from a property menu while on the run—bases arrive through story relationships. Treat nearby basketball-hoop footage and interior props as set dressing confirmed in trailers, not as a full feature checklist until launch.
