Happy Nails is a nail salon due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, part of the Crossroad Park Minimall along Interstate 404 in Port Gellhorn, as seen in the second trailer. The wiki identifies it as an apparent rendition of the former Hawaiian Nails Spa in the Callaway Village Square strip mall near Panama City, Florida, which was demolished after Hurricane Michael damage in 2018.

Happy Nails is a nail salon in Port Gellhorn, Leonida. Trailer 2 (2:28) places it inside the Crossroad Park Minimall along Interstate 404—the same strip pass that also frames nearby Port Gellhorn chrome such as Gellhorn Roadhouse.
Callaway strip-mall survivor
The shop tracks the former Hawaiian Nails Spa at 233 North Tyndall Parkway in Callaway Village Square, Callaway, Florida. That mall was demolished after Hurricane Michael wrecked it in 2018; the real salon later reopened at 540 North Tyndall Parkway. The in-game Happy Nails unit is the Leonida restaging of that Callaway storefront, not a documentation of the relocated address.
