Happy Nails is a nail salon due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, part of the Crossroad Park Minimall along Interstate 404 in Port Gellhorn, as seen in the second trailer. The wiki identifies it as an apparent rendition of the former Hawaiian Nails Spa in the Callaway Village Square strip mall near Panama City, Florida, which was demolished after Hurricane Michael damage in 2018.
