Kelly County is a county due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, occupying the southwestern part of the State of Leonida directly west of Vice-Dale County, per westbound Interstate 404 signage in Vice City. It appears to contain the city of Port Gellhorn, the Gellhorn International Raceway, and an outlying prison complex. The county seems primarily inspired by Collier and Lee counties in Southwest Florida.
