Skyviews Miami counterpart
The wheel recreates the Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel at Bayside Marketplace. Earlier Rockstar titles already staged amusement wheels—Ferris Whale in Grand Theft Auto V / Online and Chunder Wheel in Vice City Stories—so the Vice City pier ride is a new Leonida instance of that motif, not a reused Los Santos asset.
