Venture Apartments

Mid-rise apartment buildings VC · Vice City Shown officially

The Venture Apartments are a two-tower complex due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI in the Rockridge neighborhood of Vice City, its pink and beige mid-rises first identified by rooftop and street-level signage in the September 2022 leaks. The complex made its official debut in the second trailer, where Lucia Caminos leaps from a third-story window of one tower while dodging police.

Pink and beige towers in Rockridge

Venture Apartments is a two-tower mid-rise housing complex in Rockridge, Vice City. The September 2022 leaks first read the name off rooftop and street-level signage on the pink and beige Modernist blocks; interiors were not the focus of that pass.

Lucia’s Trailer 2 window jump

Trailer 2 makes the complex official when Lucia Caminos leaps from a third-storey window while dodging police—the clearest gameplay-adjacent beat tied to the towers so far. Accessibility is marked yes on the record; floor plans and unit counts are not.
