Rialto Islands

The Rialto Islands are three connected islands in a bay south of Vice City, visible in the first trailer with the Vice Beach skyline behind them. A road links the islands and appears to pass through a toll point on the western island, while the surrounding water is busy with yachts and smaller boats. The name is now indexed as a Vice-Dale County neighborhood, but Rockstar has not published a precise map position or boundary.
Three islands in Catalan Bay
The Rialto Islands are a chain of three primarily residential artificial islands in Catalan Bay, Vice-Dale County, between Vice City and Vice Beach. Trailer 1 opens an overhead night pass at 0:31 pointing east across the chain with the Vice Beach skyline behind it. Mansions, large homes, and luxury condominiums fill the islands; yachts crowd the surrounding water.
Rialto Causeway is the toll link managed by Vice Pass: southwest to the mainland over Rivo Bridge, northeast toward Vice Beach on an unnamed span. The northern island also appears behind a promotional Vice City postcard video, and the southern island sits in the background of an official Vice City screenshot.
Venetian Islands naming
The layout mirrors Miami’s Venetian Islands in Biscayne Bay between Miami and Miami Beach. The Rialto name points at Venice’s commercial district and, secondarily, the Rialto Bridge. Redwood Suites is the one named place of interest currently indexed on the chain.
