Café VC · Vice City
Lou's is a café due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located in the Rockridge area of Vice City in Vice-Dale County. Its red building and a pole sign bearing part of its name appeared in the September 2022 leaks, sited across from Fleeca Field. The café is based on the Palace Cafe & Dairy in Miami's Riverside neighborhood.
Leaked Rockridge Exterior
Lou’s was visible in the September 2022 Grand Theft Auto VI leak material. The footage showed the café’s red exterior and a tall roadside sign on which only part of the business name could be read.
The building stood opposite Fleeca Field in Rockridge, an area of Vice City within Vice-Dale County. The leaked view established the location through the café structure and its sign rather than through a full interior or menu display.
Miami Café Counterpart
The in-game café takes its design reference from Palace Cafe & Dairy, a real Miami business at 1300 NW 7th Street. That address is in the Riverside neighborhood.
Lou’s and Palace Cafe & Dairy share the basis identified for the building, while the GTA VI material specifically showed the fictional café’s red structure and partial pole-sign lettering. No earlier Grand Theft Auto appearance, vehicle connection, pricing, products, staff, gameplay use, or later promotional appearance is identified for Lou’s.
