Marco Wholesale Footwear is a defunct shoe store due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located in the Stockyard neighborhood of Vice City in Vice-Dale County. It was seen in the September 2022 GTA VI leaks near Interstate 97, standing shuttered with its roll-up doors closed next to a business called Archez. The storefront recreates the now-closed Gino Wholesale Women's Apparel in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood.
Leaked Streetfront State
The September 2022 Grand Theft Auto VI leak footage showed Marco Wholesale Footwear from outside in Vice City’s Stockyard area. Its metal roll-up entrances were down, presenting the business as closed rather than operating. The premises were positioned close to Interstate 97, beside Archez.
The material identified the location as Vice City, in Vice-Dale County. It showed the shop’s exterior condition only: no interior, merchandise, prices, customers, staff, or footwear-related gameplay was shown.
Wynwood Storefront Model
Marco Wholesale Footwear’s storefront was adapted from Gino Wholesale Women’s Apparel, a former business in Miami’s Wynwood district. The Florida business had already closed, matching the shut appearance used for the Vice City location.
The two names also indicate a change in retail identity. Gino Wholesale Women’s Apparel was identified as women’s apparel, while the Leonida counterpart is presented as a footwear retailer. No further details about its stock, services, or operation in Grand Theft Auto VI were shown.
