Leonida State Route 61
Highway ST · Statewide 2022 leak
Leonida State Route 61 is a state route due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, first noted in the September 2022 leaks on signage along a major thoroughfare in Hamlet. It appears directly based on Florida State Road 997, which runs down North Krome Avenue through central Homestead much as the in-game route threads through the heart of Hamlet.
Hamlet thoroughfare shield
Leonida State Route 61 first shows up as a route shield on signage along a major Hamlet thoroughfare in the September 2022 leaks. That shield is the public confirmation of the designation; full terminus-to-terminus mileage has not been published.
Florida SR 997 / Krome Avenue
The corridor tracks Florida State Road 997 along North Krome Avenue through Homestead—the same spine that hosts Treasured Trash and the Beacon Theater’s real-world counterparts. Hamlet inherits that central-artery role rather than a beachfront scenic loop.
