The Haitian-American Cultural Center is a community cultural venue due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, located in the La Perle neighborhood of Vice City. It was first referenced in the second trailer via a flyer pinned to a bulletin board in a Vice City apartment lobby. The wiki suggests it may be a rendition of the Little Haiti Cultural Complex in Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood.
