Firefly Plaza
Low-rise building VC · Vice City Shown officially
Firefly Plaza is a low-rise apartment building due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, sited on a Washington Beach barrier island beside a canal in the Vice City area. It debuted in an official screenshot labeled under Vice City, where its name is legible on a rooftop sign. The building is modeled after the Helen Mar apartment building on Lake Pancoast Drive in Miami Beach, Florida, with the 'Plaza' suffix likely borrowed from that building's former name, The Pancoast Plaza.
Rooftop sign on Washington Beach
Firefly Plaza is a five-storey Art Deco low-rise apartment building on a Washington Beach barrier island beside a canal in Vice Beach, Vice-Dale County. An official Vice City–labeled screenshot is the debut: the rooftop sign carries the Firefly Plaza name clearly enough to read from above the block.
Helen Mar / Pancoast Plaza model
The massing follows the Helen Mar apartments at 2421 Lake Pancoast Drive in Miami Beach’s Bayshore neighborhood. The “Plaza” half of the in-game name is tied to Helen Mar’s earlier branding as The Pancoast Plaza. No trailer timestamp has isolated the building yet beyond that still.
