Its vandalized, run-down condition suggests the business is permanently shuttered. The building recreates the now-demolished Wildfire Scooters that once stood on US-98 Business in Panama City, Florida.

Burnout Scooters is a defunct motor-scooter dealership on Route 2 in Port Gellhorn (Kelly County), standing next to Watkins Auto Parts. Trailer 2 (~2:29) shows the façade in a vandalized, run-down state that reads as permanently closed rather than temporarily dark.

Leak-era debug lists also named world events on the property (Cop Trap, Easy Score), so the lot was already a scripted POI before the trailer pass.

Massing matches the demolished Wildfire Scooters site on US-98 Business in Panama City, Florida—the same Gulf corridor Rockstar leans on for Port Gellhorn. Inventory, repair bays, and enterable showrooms are not in the public set.
