Crossroad Park Minimall is a strip mall in Port Gellhorn, Leonida, due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, seen along Interstate 404 in the second trailer with tenants including Uncle Jack's Liquor, a Whiz branch, Happy Nails, and check-cashing and pawn shops. It closely recreates the former Callaway Village Square in Callaway, Florida, which was demolished after Hurricane Michael damage.

Crossroad Park Minimall is the Port Gellhorn strip mall along Interstate 404, shown at 2:28 in Trailer 2 with both a pole sign and a pylon. Named tenants include Uncle Jack’s Liquor, a Whiz branch, Happy Nails, plus check-cashing and pawn fronts—the same pass that frames nearby Gellhorn Roadhouse neon.

Uncle Jack’s is the unit Rockstar has already shown from the inside in Trailer 1; other interiors stay candidate-accessible from leaks rather than official walkthroughs.

Callaway Village Square after Michael

The footprint recreates the former Callaway Village Square at 219 North Tyndall Parkway in Callaway, Florida, demolished after Hurricane Michael wrecked it in 2018. The real site is now a CEFCO station—Leonida preserves the mall that Florida lost.
