Shorefront Building

High-rise building VC · Vice City Shown officially

The Shorefront Building is an office tower in Downtown Vice City, Vice-Dale County, due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI and seemingly occupied by the Shorefront bank. Its rooftop logo is visible in the second trailer during the scene where Lucia brawls with a woman in a jet's open cargo hold above the city. The tower appears to be modeled on Miami's Citigroup Center, formerly known as the Miami Center.

Downtown tower in Trailer 2

The Shorefront Building is a Downtown Vice City high-rise occupied by the Shorefront bank brand. Trailer 2 (2:00) shows its crown while Lucia fights another woman in an open jet cargo hold above the city. The rooftop mark matches the Shorefront logo from the September 2022 leaks. An Ultimate Edition Squalo screenshot also keeps the tower in the night skyline behind the boat.

Citigroup Center massing

The tower tracks Miami’s Citigroup Center (formerly Miami Center) at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard. That supplies the downtown office silhouette; Shorefront is the in-universe tenant name, not a licensed bank facade.
