Beacon Theater
Theater ST · Statewide 2022 leak
The Beacon Theater is a theater due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, distinct from the similarly named venue in Grand Theft Auto V. Its sign was glimpsed in the distance along Leonida State Route 61 during a police chase in the September 2022 leaks. The venue is based on the Seminole Theatre, a performing arts center in Homestead, Florida.
Distant SR 61 sign in the leaks
Beacon Theater (GTA VI spelling) is distinct from Grand Theft Auto V’s Beacon Theatre. In the September 2022 leaks its marquee appears only as a distant background sign along Leonida State Route 61 during a police chase—enough to place the venue on the Hamlet corridor, not enough to document a lobby or performance schedule.
Seminole Theatre, Homestead
The building follows the Seminole Theatre performing-arts house at 18 North Krome Avenue in Homestead, Florida, including an Art Deco reading on the record. No Trailer 1 or Trailer 2 timestamp has isolated a clear façade close-up yet.
