Playing Cards were GTA Online’s take on the classic collect-a-set hunt: 54 cards — a full deck plus jokers — hidden across the whole map, from bar counters to clifftops, paying out cash and chips as you built the deck.
It is a lightweight, satisfying format Rockstar could easily carry into Leonida, especially given Vice City’s casino-and-nightlife identity.
How it worked in past GTA games
GTA Online’s 54 Playing Cards rewarded incremental collection — small payouts along the way and a bonus for the complete set — and sent players into corners of the map they would otherwise skip. It is the modern descendant of the Hidden Package hunt, tuned for a live world with regular collectible drops.
