Seashell Hotel
Hotel VC · Vice City Shown officially
The Seashell Hotel is a hotel due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, standing along the Ocean Drive-style beachfront road in Vice Beach. Its name sign is partially visible in the second trailer behind the outdoor gym where Jason Duval works out, and it appears to feature a ground-floor restaurant with sidewalk seating. The building is modeled on the Starlite Hotel at 750 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach's South Beach.
Shore Drive gym backdrop
The Seashell Hotel is a three-storey Miami Modernist hotel on Shore Drive in Ocean Beach, Vice Beach (Vice-Dale County). Trailer 2 frames it behind Jason Duval's outdoor gym set at 0:38, with the name sign only partly readable along the Ocean Drive-style strip. Ground-floor restaurant seating appears to open onto the sidewalk.
It sits in the same beachfront pass as other Vice Beach hotels rather than inland Vice City blocks.
Starlite Hotel influence
The real-world match is the Starlite Hotel at 750 Ocean Drive in South Beach, Miami Beach. Architecture cues and the beachfront massing carry over; Rockstar has not published room types, rates, or an accessible lobby checklist.
