No GTA map has leaned on water like Leonida. The Keys, the Gulf, the Atlantic, and the Grassrivers wetlands make boats and jet skis core transport rather than a novelty — and Jason Duval’s story literally begins on a Keys boat yard.
Marinas, docks, boat launches, and airboat ramps are where the series parks watercraft, and Leonida has more of them than any GTA before.

Boats in GTA reliably spawn at the water: marinas, private docks, piers, and boat launches, with speedboats near wealthy waterfronts and working craft near industrial harbours. GTA 5 and earlier games kept fixed boat spawns at marina slips, making the coastline itself the map of where to look.
