Sports and super cars are the vehicles everyone hunts first, and the GTA series has always tied where they spawn to where the money is. Downtown valet lanes, beachfront hotels, and wealthy hillside streets are where the fast cars idle.
In Leonida, that points straight at Vice City — Rockstar’s Miami, built on waterfront wealth — as the obvious place to go supercar-hunting once the game is out.

How spawns worked in past GTA games
Across the series, high-end cars spawn where high-end people are: GTA 5’s Rockford Hills and Vinewood, GTA 4’s Algonquin. Sports cars appear parked outside luxury venues, driving affluent districts, and — for the rarest models — as fixed “special” spawns tied to a specific street or a completed objective. Traffic density and neighbourhood wealth drove the whole system.
